P1000 2017 Wiper motor on a 2023

I'm fairly sure I found the connector also. I ordered some to see.

That harness will connect to the wiper motor, but will not plug into the 2022 and newer Honda accessory fuse box HondaSxS can make you a pigtail for the fuse box end

I can make you a replacement cable. Like above. Once I get the connector in.
