I went with Billet...
More spendy..great reviews
Would the moose parts not also be considered "Billet"? If I understand the term it just means they are cut from a larger block of material into the final shape.

They'll fit either axle, 4/110 pattern. Hub diameter is the same front and back.
I bit the bullet and ordered 1" spacers for the P5 (Moose part # 0222-0468). I'll see how the rig fits between the truck wheel wells. I have the plastic bed liner so the distance between the wheel wells is a little tighter. I hope that I feel a difference in the primary stability of the rig.

If it's too tight try just spacers on the rear.

I have seen some on popo's that were cast not billet and they dont look as strong. The " Moose" spacers look like good quality to me.

Im sure the stability is much better at 58" and bearing life is a trade off for the stabilty you gained. For me the 50" width was important so only going 1" in the back should help with sability and width will still be just under 51".

I have rear only 1.5" spacers with 26" Maxxis Bighorns and my rear width is exactly 53". The front remains at 50". I like this set up. However, I got pinched between a bank, a tree and a stump last weekend on a 50" Michigan trail and had to go back, I could not go forward.

Thats one of the things I like about the 1" spacers with 25x10 tires on stock wheels. Its only 50.75" in the back. The edge of the tires is right at the edge of the fenders and the frame, so its not actually any wider than stock with better stability.

Last question. Would these spacers fit the front and rear of the machine? The online description refers to them as "front left right". I can order them within Canada for $2 less per pair than in the US!

SPACERS INSTALLED !

I purchased the 1" Moose spacers and installed them on the P5. I have 26" Mudlites on the front and back, on the stock rims. I was 50.5" front and back. I am now 52.5" front and back. I was worried that the rig wouldn't fit into the truck. I have a 2013 Duramax with a 6.5 ft box and the plastic box liner. The front tires fit snug between the truck wheel wells, but it loads fine. I'm happy with it.

I don't know what this torque spec means... I torqued the spacers on at 60# with the blue loctite. Wheels torqued on to 60#. Is that enough? Or should I torque it to 70 or 80#?

Looks like you may have torqued them to double the amount of the max. specifications...unless I'm misreading something.

I used the same spacers and they didn't have that sticker for maximum torque. I think 25-30 ft lbs seems fairly low considering the wheel torque is much higher. I torqued my spacers to 75 ft lbs and I dropped that down some because the thread lock lubricates. If that sticker is correct your 2x the specification and im 3x. But I dont think thats correct. I wonder if we can contact moose for clarification?
