P700 2018 Pioneer 700 sputters and chugs

Pulled new 2018 700 off the trailer from purchase and it sputters and won't hardly run - any answers? Cancelling check today. Dealer closed for Memorial Day. - - Thanks.

Did it run well at the dealer?
Seat belt plugged in?
Drain gas and put some good in. They've been past reports of water entering gas tank if left outside in the rain.
