I have 2022 1000 trail with 150 km. when i let go of the steering wheel it darts to the right. has anyone else heard of this before. alignment is good. any ideas on what would cause this.

Are you sure your alignment is good? How did u confirm this?
are you driving on pavement, dirt or trail when this happens? Is it in 2wd, turf or 4wd?

Check your tire pressure on all four. If you’re low on one side it will definitely make them pull. I run mine @14psi all the way around but the book says 13 in front and 14 rear, but you suit your self but need to be close all around
The 2022 book calls for 18 psi on a -3 and 20psi on a -5
If you run on hard surface with rear locker on and your tires are not the same side to side it will pull to the side with lower pressure.

The 2022 models have a rack centering feature, if the toe checks out, ypu may need to have the center learning procedure done.

Thanks everyone we did the re learn and it is working great now.
What is the center learning procedure?

It's something a dealer will have to do. Since the new system has a self centering feature, the rack and motor have to learn the "center".

I guess you can do it without dealer level diagnostics.
I havent had a situation where I've needed to perform this procedure yet.
It may be the answer to my steering.
Since the day I've had it, it never really returned to center very well. Turns very easily no problem there. Just doesn't like to return to zero.
