I'm actually taking this same advice, Plowboy. I DESPISE the stock tires on the 1K and am leaning toward the Terrabite because I do probably 50% of my riding on the road and very little mud. However, I want others' opinions about real-world use.

Love my terrabites. My 29"s measure 28". We road ride a bit and they're super quiet. Do pretty darn well in the mud but as good as some.

lol, true. But I heard people are taking the stock front bumper from a P7, or wolverine or something, and it'll "mostly" bolt on, with minor modification.

Heh, just figured I'd ask and see if somebody upgraded and had one layen around they want to get rid of.
