P500 520 charging problems

We went from selling 600 units to 200.

Honda is going to do what is good for Honda, watch your back.

Luckily PE isnt our main business, we do alot of mower maintenance and sell quite a bit of Generators and mowers. But powersports is the main money maker. With them adding Lowes into the mix im sure it'll make it interesting for some.

The real issue we have is people buying equipment with Honda engines. The engine is out of warranty according to Honda and we cant do anything with it because of that. They get angry at us for having to take it back to the outfitter insstead.

99% of the time it's not a warranty situation anyway, always makes for a sticky situation.

People always confuse the word "guarantee" with "warranty".
