As the thread title ask, I am 6 feet tall and have the opportunity to buy a 6 inch chopped top. It is a 16 P1k-3 and was wondering if 6 inches was too low, it sure looks good .

Well I ask the owner about being 6 feet tall and he never replied, thanks for the input.

I’m 6’ and 4.5” chop is about max for me. Maybe 5”. But I have harnesses to keep me from hitting my head.

I think @joeymt33 is about 4” and I can’t drive his comfortably (my head hits his Honda plastic roof and wet sounds bar getting in and bouncing around on the trail) but he’s about your height. So 6” I think will be too much for you with a flat roof.

I think 2" would be all I'd want. Anything less and you're getting close to hitting a helmet on the roof if you're near 6'

If you were under 5'10"
You start beating your head and you will be mad. Especially with a helmet

Mine is 4.5 center and rear 5.5 in front and I’m 6-1 my son is 6-5. Also have speaker bar directly above the seats. No problems. I sit up on the wheel though not stiff on the back seat. Going to be pulling speakers so I wish I had gone 6”.

Yeah.. but you’re usually in a state where you can’t feel your head hitting the roof not to mention the decades of huffing paint.

I haven’t hit my head yet. I suppose if it had buckets so I wanted to sit back in the seat maybe. Steering wheel is way forward though I think most of my family drives it leaning forward
