So I had given to me (free) 7x16 tandem. It also has side front loading. Needs one hub and shackle bushings. The gate needs a little minor work but all in all very good shape. Even got a tile and registration. I'm pleased

This was defiantly one of those cases when something was given too you it was worth it. I have had that not be. I actually offered to pay market value for this but they would not take any money. They said I had helped them too many times in the past. It was nice of them but I never do things for people to expect something in return

Yep all basic stuff. Just a tiny bit of welding on the gate
