So, I've been out deer hunting the past few days and about the same time I noticed that I now have 800 miles on my P1K-5 non-deluxe, I also noticed the service wrench came on? Next to the little wrench is a small number 1?

Can someone in the know chime in and let me know what I need to do please

It is showing you have reset the service meter before it keeps track for you

I'm not sure I understand?
When you first changed the oil and reset the service indicator (service wrench) it remembers that you reset it before and will continue to count each Time you reset it

But why is it on now, I didn't think it was due for another service?

There are two different services that need to be performed. The owners manual calls them "service #1" and "service #2". They are not due at the same time so the display indicator will tell you which service to perform.

I don't have access to my owners manual right now or I would show you exactly. Just check the manual somewhere around the oil change stuff.

I cleaned the spark arrester at 600 miles like it said in owners manual. I didn't see the wrench pot up at 600 miles, I just did what the book says. The way I was reading the manual, I shouldn't chandelier the oil until 1200 miles?

Maybe this is the reminder to do the 600 mile maintenance at 800 miles?

It's 600 miles OR 100 hours. Which ever comes first.

Your first oil change would have been at 100 miles or 20 hours when the indicator came on.

Not to hijack but when I reset my reminder I screwed up and went from 1 to 2. Can you go back?

I didn't know that was possible.

I hope you end up teaching us when you find out.
