Maiden voyage went well and its still got ice in it today after a weekend of beer drinking! They should have put a flip up handle on the top like the large toolbox. It’s unruly trying to get it in and out with just the small side handles. Not an issue on the Talon but trying to maneuver it into the side door on the Pioneer to lock it in kind of sucks. Harder for the kids to get into as well since it latches a lot harder than the small packout coolers, but that may loosen up as it gets used more.

Really like the Quad-Lock phone mount setup in the Talon and my truck. I found this knockoff version and took a chance on it for less than $10…

Works perfect with my iPhone 13 Pro in the Pioneer using the existing screw hole in the dash. Would need to make some sort of extension for a phone bigger than this one though. Just needed a longer M6, no cutting or drilling:

First real ride after the @snuffnwhisky designed front end rebuild went great. Which is saying a lot since I totally expected something @joeymt33 worked on to fall apart on the trail…

Pioneer has been chugging along. Haven't done anything to her in a while. Fan motor finally crapped out, so I went ahead and ordered the SPAL fan along with a new motor assembly. That shipped out today so hopefully get to it soon.
