I see that the club store says it will not for the bumper of the 2022 model but wouldn’t it still mount to the bumper on the forest?

Probably not, the Forest has the larger bumper and it's also different than the 2021 and older models

Yes. It will fit the forest model bumper.
If you look at the images there is on shown and the location they chose.

We don't currently have a mount for the standard 22 bumper. But should before the holidays.
