P1000 After Market Windshield that Works with Honda Factory Roof

I saw where the superatv roof works somewhat, anybody else tried another brand with the factory roof on '22 P1K3? Would not mind saving some money on the windshield since factory glass windshield is a $1K. The poly roof is going to scratch eventually meaning it will need to be replaced down the road. The factory poly scratch resistant windshield is 700.00 ish.

I did the @SuperATV glass with vents. It worked well with the OEM Honda roof.
If your wanting a split poly windshield I would do the SATV flip up windshield.

how well do the vents "ventilate" i live in the deep south, where it is hot and humid.

I have the flip up SATV and like it. It doesn't seal against the roof though. Maybe they should design a flip DOWN windshield that would.... just saying.

Me too. The flip windshield is great for allowing maximum air flow. It helps in dusty conditions as well.

It’s not as good as I had hoped but it does ok. The only reason I went with glass is because NC passed a law last Oct to street legal SXS’s and if you have a windshield it’s gotta have a wiper. The poly windshields tend to scratch when you wipe them. I’d say for your area go with the SATV flip up windshield you’ll be a lot happier with it. I will probably change out the glass to the SATV flip up.

How does that glass hold up tipped out on the trails?

what manufacturer is this? you gotta be careful when that windshield is up.

Riding slow around different farms, trails and backroads it does fine. I don't like to go more than about 25 with it up but I have been 50 with it up before. If I was goning on super rough trails where you're going to be slamming up and down ditches and stuff I would lock it in where it's just crack open a little for some air.

But I ordered it through the Honda dealer cheaper. It's made by Hard Cabs. They make two different ones. Make sure to get the one that works with the Honda factory roof.

I beat it fits. I've read other on here that said the factory Honda windshield is the same and the super atv windshield is the same part number for 21 and 22 years. Contact your dealer, I got mine cheaper that way. I'll beat it fits sense the others do but I'd make sure.
