Added weight to the Night crawler as well, 4 OZ front and 2 OZ rear, these are 1 OZ weights. Would like to figure out how to mount the weight down low?
You could put one on either side of the axle, just use the tape. You could bend the weights so they would fit more to the concave of the axle housing as well:Added weight to the Night crawler as well, 4 OZ front and 2 OZ rear, these are 1 OZ weights. You friction wizard! HA! I'll bring the beer, what's your address? HA!I finally got the 3D printed SCX24 chassis together. The guy who designed it was using larger shocks off some other buggy, so I've been just drilling holes and seeing how it pans out, lol. Pretty fun. Printing some high clearance links and a 4 link setup for the front. Got some parts in for the Gatekeeper as well today

I think I've got some sheet lead that could be soldered and would be easy to work with? You could put one on either side of the axle, just use the tape. You could bend the weights so they would fit more to the concave of the axle housing as well:

I never use loctite on any R/C screws with the exception of motor mount and clutch bell screws on a nitro buggy. The heads are just too small and will almost always strip. I wouldn't even think about loctite on the little guy. What loctite to use on Betty screwing into aluminum and brass. Will 222 work which is purple in color and the weakest of the bunch? Will this also work on the beadlocks for the SCX-10?
This guy makes a ton of really intricate vehicles. He did a really cool truck with a skeleton driver I saw around Halloween
The world is your oyster my friend. Do it to it.I think I've got some sheet lead that could be soldered and would be easy to work with?
Definitely very talented! This guy makes a ton of really intricate vehicles. He did a really cool truck with a skeleton driver I saw around Halloween

I used to use 100% Silicone on my dirt bikes for things that vibrated lose? This guy makes a ton of really intricate vehicles. He did a really cool truck with a skeleton driver I saw around Halloween
Too much weight, couldn't scale a 4 inch side walk, took 3 OZ's off the Night Crawler, much better.Added weight to the Night crawler as well, 4 OZ front and 2 OZ rear, these are 1 OZ weights. I had fun. I am definitely the slowest guy but I made up for it by having more fun than they did.Hey @JeremieBaker how were the races?
All that counts! Stoner with 33 crashes, I wonder why? Looks like a blast! I was trying to figure out the track lay out and didn't come up with a definitive answer? I know spit about track racing, what happens after a crash?I had fun. I am definitely the slowest guy but I made up for it by having more fun than they did.
Forgot the rule pics of you and Mr 16 or it didn't happen!I had fun. I am definitely the slowest guy but I made up for it by having more fun than they did.
Someone just flips the car back over. Racing just keeps on rolling. I’ll try to draw the track layout tonight and post it.All that counts! Stoner with 33 crashes, I wonder why? Looks like a blast!
