Added carrier from Academy so it will be easier to load my deer. Going to use plywood with 2x4 runners for bottom and also will double as ramp for loading. Any better ideas than plywood?

Fabricate a ramp. or buy a plastic or aluminum dog ramp. They hold up to 500lbs in some cases. I have this one for my Labs, its very robust and folds up nice for storage. If your hauling deer, i wouldnt put anything on that rack. It will get nasty. The ramp u can store in your bed

I did the rack way, like you, on our 700. @Remington is right, they get filthy. Seems like you hose more mud than blood off dead animals.
