Looking good Rustell, if you don't mind me asking what did you pay and where? Just prices out same only in 27x11x12 here in Canada, locally $230 a tire.

Let me know how you like them.

thanks j

The Ripsaws are worth taking a look at but they are not cheap I have them and totally pleased although when you get into wet sandy terrain those tires make for a really good trenching machine.

Those are the same tires that are sold under several different brand names. That's common for tires, to have one manufacturer build them and brand them for different tire companies. I'm sure there's absolutely nothing wrong with them. They are exactly the same as the GBC Dirt Tamer and also sold under Traxion and Sun brands and I'm sure a few others.
Same story with batteries, oil and oil filters, etc. There are only a handful of actual manufacturer's for alot of that stuff.

Curtis. Just get the Sedona Ripsaws and call it a day. You'll thank me later

The Rip Saws are extremely tough tires, but run way undersize and are really heavy. The 25x10-12's are over 30 lbs. and measure about 24" inflated at around 8-10 lbs.

That may be true with 12" tires, but my 14" set was very close to stated size. Also, I have over 4,500 miles on them so far. They wear well. I have just ordered a set of Kenda BearClaw HTRs to replace them. I have read many good reports on those, as well. I hope that I will be as pleased with them as I am the Ripsaws. Since most of my miles are gravel roads (it's my daily driver), I'm hoping that the 8-ply, "flat face" profile will wear better than the Ripsaws. Anyone got a lot of miles on a set, yet?
