P1000 Badlands 5500 & mount

I have the same 2021 1000-5 with KFI winch mount place and badlands 5500 apex winch..the winch will not line up with KFI holes and I’m not seeing how you pryed it enough to get them to line up..could you maybe give me more details?

I have a P6 crew. Used the very same KFI which mount for all of the Pioneers mentioned. Also put in the Badlands Apex 5500 lb . Prying was not an option. So I took an 80 grit flap disc to the top corner of the Badlands 5500 lb winch, where it was contacting the KFI mount. Took off maybe a 1/16-1/8" of material right off that corner on the winch that was contacting the mount. Was able to get all the bolts in. Can't even tell it's there once all everything is bolted up. I will try to get some pictures this weekend for everybody's proof. I also installed kfi's front winch mount so it completely hides the winch. It was not easy getting that big winch in there but it did go. The holes did line up with the fairlead, the both the witch mount and front receiver and the Harbor Freight Badlands hawes fairlead.

Did you guys solve your issues. I installed the Badlands apex long drum 5500 and the KFI bracket today on my 2022 p1000-5
