Bill of Sale for Side by Side or ATV

If you ever decide to buy a ATV or Side by Side it would be a good idea to get a Bill of Sale from the buyer. This will allow you to collect all the information needed from the seller and help cover your tracks when buying and selling. For states that do nor require a title, a Bill of Sale is something that you should demand as a buyer. Does your state require a title for a SxS or ATV? Check here!

Ya, this is important if you are buying. I had a friend who bought a rzr from craigs list. 8 months later it needed some shop work. took it in to them. few days later he received a call saying it was ready. when he arrived the cops were waiting. His rzr was stolen. He did not get the sellers info now he is in hot water.


A bill of sale would of had that info to cover his tracks.
