Got it fastened to the cage. Surprisingly I had to ream the slots in the mounting tabs I bought to mount it to. Maybe other light bars use smaller bolts. It's the same mounting tab others use that pinches between the roll bars. I'd be curious if others had to do the same. Lightbar Lightbar2

I had to ream mine as well for the 50” light bar I have. Step bit was very handy!

Yes I snapped a bit first before I rooted for my step bit. I learned it is your friend for something like that.

A step bit is what I use all the time on the P1K. I have 4 different ones and it took some careful choosing to get some that had the perfect sizes for many of the rivenut/ nurserts I use

I had to ream the slots and both outside edges where the pillar bolts go. I know some folks have had good success with them, but I found them to be poor quality and didn't even fit without modification. I should've just made them myself...
