I hit a big drop off at speed and destroyed the steering rack and deformed the driver-side lower A-Arm mounts. Any advice on what I should do? My best guess is to upgrade the steering rack to an RB3 or Hess and have a fab guy try to correct the A-arm mounts.

What do you guys think? Ff4ef1871e6424be154176ebf7f1aee80c3a4640d4544a45ad0d377d5e5a47d16853bbd82b1a160d75b34b9310046e8a

I'm unsure of how they would work. I'm not sure insurance would cover this damage?

I tore my upper a-arm tab and they covered it. This was in October. It was $6300 to replace the frame. They cut me a check for $5800 and told me to have it fixed. In normal times they would have probably just totaled my machine but the prices are crazy right now. It's worth a shot. You pay for the insurance, you might as well use it when you can. It's a legitimate claim.

Just bend the tabs back, weld where necessary and touch up the paint. Then install either what @HondaTech posted or this frame stiffener...

Looks like you have the (in)famous LF axle seal leak also...... May as well change that out when you pull the diff to change the rack.
