I wanted to share my experience with the lighting on my 22 P1000. I ride in the Florida Everglades. Mostly 12-30" of water and loaded with bugs. I typically run from 4-8 mph depending on the water depth. The ride to my tree stand is about 2-3 hours each way

I started off with Pod lights just below the roof (Forward) . That did not work since it attracted tons of insects that migrated toward my face. I moved the pod lights toward the roll bar and below my face but that had the same effect. I would have to turn off the lights to clear the bugs. It just did not work for me.

I ended up goin with a 32 Inch LED Light Bar Single Row Flood & Spot Beam Combo. I set it just above my roof taper. Works great and eliminated the bug problem.

Best of luck !

Rudy

Nice buggy. I hope you don’t ever need to really crank on that winch…

Winch height is semi adjustable. I can lower it about 6" as needed.

Nice setup. The 22 frame appears to be dipped however the side tubes are not and you might want to pop the caps off and rustproof inside them. I used a bottle brush on A flexible shaft to swab the lube all along the inside.
