Anyone have any idea if T4S atv tracks off an Arctic cat trv will fit the pioneer 520. There are 3 different bolt patterns on the sprocket. I’ll need to purchase a mounting kit or modify the ones I have off the AC quad. I’m wondering if there is any difference in the T4S and X4S tracks with regards to how it mounts to a atv/utv. Sxs will only be used to plow snow btw, so I’m not concerned about the sxs being too heavy for the tracks. From what I’ve read, both track systems are the same except for the bearings and bogie wheel thickness. Anyone have any thoughts?

Camso has an excellent website, they will have all the information you need to convert the tracks to your machine

Yes, they will. I did something very similar. Took a set of Camso tracks from a Yamaha Grizzly/Rhino and put them on my P5 first, then made brackets to fit them to the P1K3 with SATV arms.

I actually have a set of a-arm mounts for the P5/P5.2 if you want them, definitely cheaper than getting them from Camso. Send me a PM if you're interested.

1st. Welcome from upstate central New York
Many good people and information on Honda Forum ( a few are more full of themselves than others )

Fitment things to know for uase Camso Tracks to fit on P500/ P520

Track year of mfg. Does matter :
Year ID: is on track along with serial ##
Rear Anti rotation attachment method </> change made 2015 & up
2014 & earlier require </> ( different attachment pieces </>for anti rotation Only ) rest of Camso kit for P500/ P520 does fit.

Number of Teeth on the sprocket NEEDED for 500 to perform best
Camso recommends 17 teeth ( 19 teeth will work </> But not as good 475cc doesn't have enough power
Reference guide per Camso
17 teeth </> 500 to 700cc
19 teeth </> 1000cc

Thanks for the reply. Tracks(17 teeth) are originally from a 500 ACat atv and a AC 700 atv more recently so they should be find in that regard. These 500/520’s should be a beast with tracks from my experience with the arctic cat atv. Hauling firewood, plowing snow and going places I never dreamed it could, and in retrospect, probably shouldn’t lol😁

Tracks fit perfect but kick up lots of snow/slush like I figured they would. In the process of installing doors. Not sure if these doors from Amazon will hold up lol. Seriously, trying my hand at some plywood doors. The curvature of the cage is an issue right now. I’m leaning towards the enclosure being a 2 piece for that reason. More pics to come.

when you are done with the doors you may want to look into making some snow flaps I had a local sheet metal shop form the runner boards. I mounted the runner boards on some 1 x 1 square tubing. The actual snow flaps are made from conveyor belt

These are only for when I’m using my tracks. And suggestions on window options. I have some clear vinyl from and old pop up camper I kept ansd thought I might try using that with some Velcro so I can remove it when I don’t need it and for opening the door. I do have enough plexiglass to put a small window in the back panel. Doors open well, which surprised me considering the bend in the plywood when bolted to the cage.
