Went to Moab last year and camped at the Sand Flats Rec Area right next to the Baby Lion's Back trail. Looked pretty steep, didn't know if my Pioneer 500 would make it up it or not since we have no low range. Has anyone made it up it in their "500"? I was too chicken to try it and didn't want to have to back down it if I stalled out.

Yes, it's not hard at all.
That whole loop is a beginner course compared to other trails.

The P5 is nothing but low range and I've never heard of anyone stalling it out. You might not make it to the top but the wheels never stop spinning in granny gear.

I've heard of a 500 climbing the Devil's Taint back in TN, so I don't think it's an issue.
