Not on a stock machine. I don’t have problems with that on mine. Is there something else going on? Maybe optical illusion?

I added shocks and 1.5” spacers and it looks like the top of the tires are bowed out. At a loss!

I do not have a lift. The 1.5 “ spacers are on my wheels. The only lift is due to the new shocks.

Not with stock a arms. I think you can if you buy the highlifter arched a arms

No I don't have a lift , thought about spring spacers one time but I am happy with stock height.

I think your new shocks are longer pushing your a arms down . Do you have the preload cranked up on them?
