Sit in the seat and measure from the top of your head to the roof. If you ever need to wear a helmet figure that in and if you have any taller passengers. I think its good to leave at least 4-5" of clearance above your head.

Nope that was explained well enough for me to understand. Makes perfect since. Thanks again. I'm sure this isn't the end of my questions lol. But good for now. Once again thank you for your time. I'll definitely post some pictures when it is done.

Here's mine I think post 68 it starts. It explains why I did the amounts I did. Definitely can go more or less I'm just over 6ft and there is still plenty of room. Also if you more on front it dumps the water from factory roof and keeps sun from your eyes. It's worked out well

Ya but it had a speaker bar across the front. I could cut another inch or two now and you’d be fine. That bar will be no longer!

How much do you want to chop?

How tall are you?

I’m 6’ and 4.5” for all 6 posts seems great. @ohanacreek is taller and it wouldn’t work for him.

You must add a piece between A and B. I think it was 1.5” ??

FYI, You can cut the OEM tip out windshield.

I cut a pillar 1” lower then b and c. That worked great to kill off the lake in roof and gave a little better protection against sun glare.

6’2” and I can just barely ride in joeys, I hate to flop or roll I’d crack my head like an egg.

Haven’t chopped mine since 2” just doesn’t seem worth the trouble.
