Turned out slick man.. good job I always like seeing what you come up with next.
Thank you very much guys! There will be more storage down the road. There isn't much room in this rig the only real storage is under the driver seat and I've got a 12" subwoofer box there so I need to get inventive. Sucks but I do love tunes so it is what it is

ROPS off everything measured out. The roof will still fit but will need minor "adjustment" as the roof will gain 2" in length. B posts a little trickier then a and c. Go time. This needs to be back together and painted tonight. Be nice if I had some help so calling on an old buddy very difficult by yourself

Off to get round bar. It's going to need to be sleeved because it's safety equipment I don't mess around with that. I checked inner diameters to buy bar to slide into ROPS and found out the front a pillars are larger diameter then the rear four. Weird. So the fronts will take 1 5/8 the rears take 1 1/2. Off to get reinforcement.

Are you gonna have to rebend anything up front? I thought about chopping mine but to the naked eye it looks like the angles won't line up after being cut and removing a section. I'm hoping I'm wrong

Easy. You act to add 1 7/8 inch between a and b pillars. I was figuring only an inch but was wrong. 3f0f1ca44aeb2b57c573052afdbbcc8fAll 6 are straight up and down from the sides. Start at front and work back. I'll have 8 hours probably is all. 1953c2de5faccc8117174a27538e7c96
The round bar in the center makes for easy alignment as well. It just sits there perfect ready for weldsno cheeseball here! My family's lives are at stake. It'll be stronger actually.

All that looks awesome. Very impressed! Do you have finished installed photos of the tailgate and the lid - how it opens and closes? I want to do the cage chop as well. Really want 4 point harnesses back there for my 7 and 4 year olds.

Did you cut that with a port-a-band?

I'm definitely watching this mod. I need this mod.

Actually this obviously lowers the upper seat belt point to where the belt will ride better. Even adults you'd get a neck rash on long hard rides prior and I believe that'll be the past. Yes I'll get pics shortly as its at home. But all I did is make tabs onto the door that slide under on the bottom so you don't need hinges. The top simply get barrel locks. It'll hold tight and lock
