Everything is looking great! I've been wanting to do something with the cage too, I will be watching your progress
I would've guess portaband too. Thats very straight for a sawzall. Nice job.Sawsall.
I really had no thoughts of lowering it but I haven't wanted to raise it because were banging crap already so when Joey called me a kitty for not raising it we had to fight back.lmao. Now even with suspension added well over 2 1/2 inches lower overall and 3 1/2 in the nose so we can force our way under things better. The center line weight with just a couple people will be better. Overall it's win win. We're all fairly tall otherwise I would have gone more already the front speaker bar has to move forward but no biggie. It's definitely going to look way more sporty I'm stoked! When we can get a 500 I'll chop the s*** out of it! And probably tilt the cage in like a rzr.Everything is looking great! You and I need to get together and do both ours at same time. That's awesome! I wish I had time to do that. Mine is still on the lift awaiting a new opinion seal.
I'm jealous CP. good thing you don't live close, with your skills I would bug the crap out of you for assistance on a lot of projects.
If distance wasn't an issue I'd have no problem! It would be cool to be that way many of us could help each other and things would go fast. You and I need to get together and do both ours at same time.
I believe these are one of the best looking machines for for. Thank you Dice! You made the best looking machine look better then ever!
It would be f***ing awesome to get about 6 of us together at a time. Ride a weekend and tear crap apart and rebuild the next! The ideas would make manufacturing change. That's awesome! I wish I had time to do that. Mine is still on the lift awaiting a new opinion seal.

How critical is the placement of the 1 7/8" addition? I mean if it was 2" closer to the front would it alter anything?View attachment 19689 All ground down and in mud
It looks like you put addition over the front seats. I'm confused lolIt has to be in the back section between the bend and the mountView attachment 19692

I understand that part just curious if the placement of that 1 7/8" piece has to be exactly over the seat. Could it be 1" towards the windshield? 1/2" towards the rear? (from where you have it).Yes because as you lower the roof because of the angle of the windshield it moves forward. When you cut it the rear top bar moves about 1/2 forward and front bar moves 1 7/8 forward
