Awesome! Congrats! We get the occasional moose passing through our place.....impressive creatures. One of my neighbors, and good friend, drew a sheep tag last year....IIRC 23 years of preference points. He spent an epic summer of scouting mostly well above 12000 feet. He got his trophy Ram very near the end of the season on a narrow saddle at almost 13,000 feet. It tumbled 200 yards down the opposite side! By sheer concidence, another neighbor and friend drew a moose on the same unit and was near by (they shared the same camp) with pack mules. They were on pins and needles as the ram was taken late afternoon and had to spend the night before they could get it out. Wow, I got tired just thinking about that.

That's awesome!! I just got back Friday from a week of trail riding out there. We stayed in Ohio City. I got to see a cow moose on Thursday up near Pitkin. Enjoy the fine table fare!! Congratulations too!!

Very nice, congratulations! We got to see moose for the first time this summer in Rocky Mt National Park there in CO. Saw 3 groups of them, mostly bulls.

Visited the Rocky Mtn Nat Park a month ago, and saw 3 groups of moose for the fist time. Very impressed with size. Wish we had that hunting opportunity in AZ. Can't complain about our elk, though.
