I thought 50/50 is what you wanted to have??If ya dont mind, keep me posted on how it goes I have to do the same here soon. I got about 50/50 in it now from adding so much water to it.
I meant 50/50 cause this past weekend it spit out so much of the coolent it came with I had to add a lot water mid trail while burping it. Looks like it still has plenty of "original" coolent but I'd like to flush out the system regardless. A few local shops have told me to go ahead and put "ICE" coolent in it. They all swear by it 🤷♂️I thought 50/50 is what you wanted to have??

A few of us are planning a trip to Hatfield and McCoy really soon. How was the trails ?Mine is all water at the moment😂😬 I boiled over several times in Hatfield and McCoy this last week because I didn’t know that the ecm flash had to do with leaving the key on accessory longer than five seconds and then starting causes the fan to not come on, and we never got it burped all the way I don’t believe.
they are a blast, we rode blue and green trails as some of the guys we rode with rolled their buggy’s on the black ones before I got there. We are planning to go back next fall. We rode all of bear wallow, about 1/3 of rock house and started on devil anse before my buggy started its overheating issues, luckily it was the last two days before it started overheating. I would definitely recommend bringing tools and all the good stuff with you on the trails. Most of it is hills and switchbacks as you can imagine but they do level out and are pretty flat sometimes. Lots of cool history to check out too.A few of us are planning a trip to Hatfield and McCoy really soon. How was the trails ?
Draining wasn’t bad I undid the drain plugs from the hardline under the machine, you can get to them through the skid plate. I turned the machine on and let it warm up to make sure I got most of it out. I then filled it up at the radiator and reservoir. I tried lifting the front end and burping from there but didn’t seem to get it all by the time I ran out of antifreeze. Today I topped off the radiator and reservoir and then cracked the bleeder screw until I got a solid stream then threaded it back in and tightened. With the radiator cap off I started it and let it run for 5 minutes and let it come up to two bars and revved it a bit. Topped off the radiator and checked the reservoir and took it down the road. So far so good.If ya dont mind, keep me posted on how it goes I have to do the same here soon. I got about 50/50 in it now from adding so much water to it.
Hopefully you got all of the air out of it. Got any pics of your rides, sayings around here, no pics it didnt happen 🤣Draining wasn’t bad I undid the drain plugs from the hardline under the machine, you can get to them through the skid plate. I hope I did😂 I’m sick of fighting this thing, I’ll know for sure when I get into what little hills we have around my area in south central Illinois, nothing like WV that’s for sure😂😂Hopefully you got all of the air out of it. Wow seems there are several of us in the same predicament right now. In Silverton this week riding and boil every downhill trail. Seems to do ok until we stop or go back down. Clear full of mountain stream water right now and gonna read up on bleed procedure as what I been doing ain't getting it! Ugh tired of getting a face full of steam/coolant 😀
Well, when I can go seems like everyone else has to work and vice versa.I believe if I was that close I would go at least every other weekend. It’s about an 8 hour haul for me.
Worked better with Colorado spring water than Honda 50/50!!!🤣Wow seems there are several of us in the same predicament right now. In Silverton this week riding and boil every downhill trail.
