P500 Could anyone grab 520 tailgate measurements for me?

Hey guys! Hope everyone is doing well and enjoying the forums!

I am looking for the measurements of the 520 tailgate here because I am thinking of building a bed for the Pioneer 500 out of a bunch of old scrap parts. When I saw how (relatively) reasonably priced the new tailgate was, I wanted to see if I could incorporate it into the build.

Really just need the height where marked and the width. I would really appreciate if someone could grab this for me who has a 520.

FYI, another measurement option of a Yamaha Umax golf cart bed on my P500 (Craigslist find). A bit larger but pleased with capacity. Less wide than fenders with some rear overhang. I did not do the dump installation, just fixed in place to the cargo rack.

Yeah, the options for full tilt are to trim/remove rack, lift bed higher/towards rear, or make some sort of sliding mechanism to mount the bed hinges on so it would clear and be able to slide forward when down. I think the dump bed is usable with this amount of tilt and prob just going to go...

I’m sorry for not posting any pictures, I don’t have anything really to post other than the picture of the measurements I needed. I’m just kicking around the idea of building a bed but no ground has been broken yet. If I do, I’ll try to make a video of it and add it to my channel for everyone.
