Could the Honda Talon actually be a kids ride-on toy?
Lets sure hope not!
Due to some image leaks spotted on the interwebs past few months. (which we know nothing about. lol). Rumors are now going around Honda has decided to rename the upcoming Sport SxS from the clearly shown "TALON" to... something different. This has not been confirmed or denied as of current but one thing is for sure. Honda was not a happy camper late June when (insert poop emoji) hit the fan.
Today HondaSxS.com received trademark documents related to this actual subject. Reading over it we notice one thing that sparks concern. The document list the trademark "TALON" as a "Ride-on toy". Could this be a re-brand for the term "Talon"?
At the SEMA show last week Honda had this never before seen pedal car on display. It very closely resembles 2015's Project 2&4 concept shown below. Could this be the new "Talon"?

Now, before you get too worked up, let's take a look at it from the other side of the glass! This could be seen as confirmation Honda is ready to go full launch with the Honda Talon Sports SxS. Complete with toys such as Big Wheels, RC cars you commonly find with other brands and maybe even a Hot Wheels collector. For now, we can only speculate until later this month!
No matter, we will learn the truth in 20 more days. November 27th, 2018 at the Honda Powersports Sport SXS Release. Stay tuned!
