The past few times we've rode we've had an entourage of deer flies (that bite). I kept telling my wife that I've never seen them this bad its crazy, after the first time she bought some bug spray we used it but there was no change if anything there where more. So this morning I was researching for some type of deturant for them, and apprently there isn't but what I did find is that ppl make traps out of blue Dixie cups coated with fly paper glue. So basically me and my wife are ridding around in the woods in a big deer fly lure. Looks like I'm off to lowes to buy some plasti dip.

New one on me too. Never was crazy about blue but it was the only 700-4 the dealer had and the 2 year old came out in me and I had to have it now it kinda grew on me but I really like the black ones I've seen

We have them in La too. That would ruin a ride.
I still like the blue. I wonder why they are attracted to blue.

HOLY MOLEY! That is a crap load of deer flies. I remember fighting off those little bastages when driving an open cab tractor. There is no escape at 3 mph either.
