I just installed this Direction 2 full windshield that I got from eBay for $229 shipped. I have to say I'm pretty impressed with it, especially for the price. I was nervous about ordering it because I had never heard of Direction 2 so I did some research and read that they manufacture many OEM parts for different companies and that supposedly Kolpin windshields are actually made by them. Anyway, the fit and finish are top notch. I was impressed how it's made along the top to fit perfectly with the factory hard top hardware.
The brackets that hold it on aren't very impressive, they're just flimsy aluminum type metal lined with rubber, but the windshield fits good and tight and there's no rattle whatsoever. The worst part of the install was installing the rubber gasket along the bottom. It comes rolled up like a pinwheel in the package and it didn't want to keep it's shape when I unboxed it. I ended up leaving it pressed out flat overnight and it went on much easier this morning.
Time will tell how well it holds up and how scratch resistant it is but at the moment, I'm very pleased my investment!
