Tried to search didn't find anything. Anyone have a good fix for the gaps in the front doors big enough to throw a cat through?? Dust in summer and snow in winter is terrible!!

Check out the door seals I’m using. They are still going strong.

I used 1/2 by 1/2 square foam tape on my doors, had to cut it almost in half in some locations but still needed the 1/2" thick at the bottom of the doors.

Since I had to cut it by hand it is a less than desirable but when the doors are closed cannot tell. I used spray adhesive on the door edge where I thought the stripping would go... that and the adhesive backed strip foam it is really holding up well in the heat.

However, I really liked what Vikes79 did with his machine, and you should seriously consider it!

I love my seal strips, keeps the cold and dust out, and it does indeed reduce the door rattling.

If you smash the side rails into enough rocks, they will eventually close that lower gap right up when they push up on the floor plastic. Free mod!

I found a great guy that makes some sewn seals. Great quality kits. His name is Brandon Beesley in Utah. His email is [email protected]
His phone is (801) 750-3459. I bought a set.

I wish I would have read your thread before I ordered what I did! I just got regular bulb seal with 3M backing. I think it will work but it looks like yours has a larger adhesive area and may be more durable. If mine fails I will definitely go with your idea. Thanks!

I saw your post while looking for something myself. They can make a difference in keeping things quiet and cozy on your ride. From my experience, it’s all about finding the right fit. If they're worn out, you might notice more noise or even drafts coming in. That can be a bummer, especially on chilly days!
I’d suggest checking out nvh for some great options. They have solid products that can help reduce noise and improve your vehicle's overall comfort. Installing new seals isn’t complicated; you can often do it yourself if you feel handy. Just take your time and clean the area before you put the new ones on.

I have a rear door set from Brandon, still in the box.
He was trying to make a front door set as a prototype, haven't seen them yet.
His quality is great. Nice guy.
