P1000 Seizmik upper door pull straps

Just an FYI to those that have the Seizmik upper doors: Both of my straps that open the doors broke from sun exposure and use. I called Seizmik to order new ones and the girl I spoke to said the would cover it under warranty at no cost. Never even asked me when I purchased them.
