I think the "self management" relay is feeding that wire into the Ign fuse and PCM. The PCM shouldn't be controlling power to a fuse.

I'll do more looking when I get home

Black/white wire. Maybe I’m looking at it wrong

That wire is coming from the self management relay, and then out to the PCM and IGN fuse. Unless I'm reading it wrong. I cant take a good look at the wiring diagram, driving atm.

I can unhook the PCM completely and it changes nothing. It just spins and spins with no fire and no fuel whether the PCM is hooked up or not

Your sure the black/white wire doesn't have power?

If you follow the wiring diagram fuse box the fuse your referring to is the light fuse. The diagram is upside down to the actual fuse box.

No power on the black white that runs to the PCM. Mine is a 2017 so I guess that’s different but the colors are correct and it’s the IGN/INJ fuse

Larger gauge black white has no power. It runs to the large 5 prong plug on PCM. The smaller gauge wire on other side of fuse is black red and it has no power either and runs to the screen on dash I believe.

Smaller black red wire goes to combination meter (gauge) on the IGN terminal

The large Black wire in the 5 pin is irrelevant that feeds the shift motor only.
Sorry didn't see the black/red wire referenced.

That wire feeds the meter and also the coil and injector.

Look for a relay with two Red/Blue wires, a Purple/White wire and a Black/White wire.

Check for power on the Red/blue wire, no need to turn the ignition on. If you have power there, short the Red/Blue to the Black/White and see if the power on the fuse your having issues with returns.

Power on the red blue wires so jumped the wires and then have power on the fuse and lights up the gauge but still no crank. Pretty sure fuel pump is working as I heard it come on when jumped that out but no fire. Wonder if we didn’t just burn the coil pack up when we washed it when it was tore down

Oh I ordered all new relays too. The side broke off it when I unplugged it and terminals look terrible.

So it turns over but won't start correct?
This is with the fuse in?
With the wire shorted at the relay, check for power on the red/black at the coil and the injector.

I doubt the coil is bad, especially not from washing.

Yes it’s been turning over the whole time, just won’t start. Should it be 12v at the coil and is it polarity sensitive?

With the relay bypassed there should 12 volts at the coil and injector all the time. The PCM controls the ground side of each to fire them.

The relay your bypassing is ground controlled by the PCM on the purple/white wire. I wonder if maybe it is the PCM.

With the key on and the PCM plugged in, is there ground on the purple/white at the relay?

You could also check for voltage at the PCM on the red/yellow wire with the key on. This is the main PCM voltage wire..

Ok there is 12v on both ignition coil and injector but there is no ground there on either.

The ground won't exist on the coil or ignition until the PCM commands it to fire.

What about the ground on the purple/white wire at relay and 12 volts on red/yellow wire at PCM with key on.

Can I just ground them to try it or it should be pulsed right?
