P1000m5 Electrical Noob. Help me with second battery

Just bought my 1000-5 last week. After this weekends run, I've decided to add bilge fans and will be putting my winch and other future accessories on a second battery. I need ideas on a second battery and some help figuring out how to wire it all up. I can do just about anything unless it has to do with electric or wiring. I've already purchase bilge fans and six rocker switch panel off amazon.
