What are you guys doing with the stock belts?

Are you also disabling the speed limiter on the drivers belt?

What about harnesses for the seats in the back?
I pulled the driver and passenger stock belts out.. disabled the safety (there’s now a plug for it) I haven’t done rear harnesses yet.

Stock driver and passenger belt removed from mine completely. Using BCF bar and 5 point camlock harnesses.

17+ can have limiter disabled easily with the bypass sold in our forum store.

I haven't done anything with rear seats. I don't ever use them.

I went ahead and ordered harnesses for front and rear seats.

I think it will help with the complaints I get from my kids about the metal seat belt brackets at their rears.

Thanks for the responses.

A few of us are using factory take off X3 XRS retractable harnesses. I have mine welded to the ROPS but others are using Moses harness bar. I picked mine up for $225 for the pair shipped of eBay about a year ago.

I started using the retractable like ohana and jtw. So far I do like them alot, I did get to test them out several times at tackett creek and they worked well.

I built my cage so no help there. Your more than likely going to need a harness bar unless you find a way to mount them behind the seat. Ideally you want them mounted a little under your shoulder height. If you mount them real low, when you go forward they want to pull down on your shoulders. If you mount them too high, you can slide up the seat.

Thanks for the reply brother! Ended up purchasing a harness bar from @Moses because it seemed like the most practical/safe way to go about it. Now I'm just waiting patiently for it to get delivered...:D
