Fuse box

I have a question about the duel battery hook up. I’ve watched every video I could find on YouTube.
Why do you need a fuse box and a negative and positive bus bar? The fuse box I was looking at has a place to hook up the positive to the fuse and it also has a build in ground block. See pictures. So do I need a negative and positive bus bars?? If I use a fuse box like this one?

Agree.
Most installs I see with bus bars are not wired in a correct manor anyways.
And while those installs will "work", the power path invalidates primary propose of a dual battery.

Thank you sir. What gage wire do you recommend for hooking up my accessories and my stinger relay to my key on hook up?

Battery to stinger to fuse box?
#6 is most common.
Same size that comes with the winch and TrueAm isolator.

Got another question for you tonight. I ordered the duel battery kit. The 2022 don’t have the extra ground wire. Where would be the best place to ground it? The black ground wire looks to be about 9’’-12’’? I was thinking of just going to the ground on the main battery. Think that will work?

That's what I did, if I ever had a ground issue, I could trace it easily because everything would have a ground issue, I'm sure many will disagree, but it works for me?
