P500 Future rust issues….P520

Hi all.
So I was doing some maintenance and disassembly for a future colour change on the plastic panels and while removing the plastic panels on the box I noticed a couple potential problem areas. Wonder if any of you guys plugged these holes. Mine were absolutely filled with mud and starting to rust at this point. I’ve had the machine for just a over a year. I think I will do a good spring cleaning and washing, fill in with some kind of corrosion resistance and see if I can plug these up. The trails in eastern Ontario Canada can get pretty messy and muddy at spring and fall time.

The colour change will consist of wrapping plastics in vinyl wrap.

Don't have a 520 but I'd be capping those. Measuring the size of the tubing and searching for caps online would be the easiest way, paint them black if you have to.

None of those are going to fit what he's pointing out.

Your still going to have uncoated surface on the inside of your frame and bed tubing.
condensation from temperature changes will cause it to rust from the inside out just like a rocker panel on a car.
The long tube with the 360 degree spray nozzle in the Eastwood kit is the ticket.

Would spraying the frame openings with white lithium grease, and applying the end cap kit be a viable option?

I found some plugs I can use. I think once I pressure wash it and let dry, I will paint rusty areas and spray fluid film before plugging.
