I forgot to mention that even though the 10A START fuse is remains DEAD there are no starting problems.
Cant be.
You must be reading it wrong.

Fuses should be in this order
126fcd082b17252ed266c0630d0aa801

Look up under the hood and under the dash. There should be something plugged into this connector.
That's where the switch panel gets power with key-on.
There is also a 40a fuse on the switch panel harness. Check that.

Your looking for this blue plug under the hood. It should be hooked to a sub harness.

It connects to this sub harness.

Finally
This should be at the battery to provide power.

And that all there is to the switch panel.

Yes exactly, I have all those harnesses and connections in place and exactly the way it sits as we speak. Again my fuse box lid says 10 A START and it's the third fuse from the right side and the 1000R starts no problem.

That all there is to it that I know of.

I guess start digging into it.

The little red wire and the large red wire coming from the battery side should have 12v key on power.

If the little red wire has key-on 12v, both large red wires should have 12v assuming the black is grounded correctly. If not relay could be bad.

Not sure about the start fuse then. I'll have to look the wire diagram over sometime. 360313e3623d6a3d2cfd3e9964318628

Good afternoon Gents, I have just returned from the dealership where it was discovered that the only mistake I made with my light bar install was not to check and make sure there were no bent pins inside the p2 clip connecter on the main harness at the battery connection. THIS CASE IS CLOSED - LET THERE BE LIGHT!
Thanks for all the kind words and assistance. Please don't hesitate to call on me in the future if you need help.
