Great looking rig.... Curious can you share the load combination used to make major in 9 mm?

HS6 , 8.5 grains with 124 Precision Delta jacketed hhp.Gunhas 2 popple holes as well. Winchester small pistol primers.
No issues at all. Also have an AA7 load as well.
I seat the bullets as long as possible. I can measure my COL this evening if you want.

Ran Blue Bullets but got tired of gunk n the comp.

Disclaimer as always, work up in your own gun.

Will do.

As a warning to anyone looking at this, NEVER shoot a 9 Major load in a non compensated pistol!

I have my share of black guns and synthetic stuff, they have their purpose, but I love my classic stuff.

Here are a couple recents.

Just picked up this nice 19-3
BJvwXxZ

Ran across a lnib '87 buckmark with original browning basketweave holster that even had the tag still on it

NsvVhdf

Scored a pair of '50s era Winchester 63s the other day too.

I'm a sucker for old walnut/blue 22s.

One reason I got my Pioneer so I don't always have to try to find a seat when we go clays shooting, or ride a tailgate. Hopefully I'll get my gunrack figured out this weekend.

Sweet! I'd love to have a 19-3 K frame in my collection.. and I have a handful of .22 rifles, but no 63's. That would be another great addition. Good for you man!

I'm not happy for the loss of jobs for Americans, but I am thrilled that these DICKLESS BASTARDS will be shutting down. All that we have here locally is Dick's and Field and Stream. Everything both stores sell is expensive Chinese imported crap and with their whole stance on Semi autos and magazines, I stopped shopping there for anything a while ago. To hear they may be shutting their doors is good news to me. Maybe we can get a Cabela's instead!

Found two Spanish Mauser FR-8's in 762 NATO and a Norinco SKS-M which takes AK mags. the 1st two are in immaculate condition and so is the latter! If you find a FR-7, the metallurgy wasn't as quality as the FR-8's

Shot a buck in heavy timber 89 yards... dropped like a rock with .454 Love pistol hunting! I don't kill much paper but once or twice a year to know I still got it. Freezer is full
I have a Raging Bull .454...I really want to shoot a bear with it. I've killed bears with a compound bow, crossbow, and 2 with a rifle. Mounts start to get expensive.

As in all firearms, spend the money and buy quality the first time. Kimber makes an excellent 1911, as does Sig and a few others. Just stay away from the cheap s***. There may come a time where your life depends on the proper function of that gun.

Above is a Kimber Ultra CDPLG. One of the sweetest shooting semi-autos available.
