That's true. Or a piece of land you can cut timber off of. That's helps recover costs quicklyPs... @100Acre I think you’re looking at too small of tracts. The smaller the tract the higher the price per acre. Maybe think about a larger tract and subdividing and selling off the tracts you don’t “need” to recoup some of the expense.
Are you wanting to be in a hood?

Like everything else it gets a bath one a year. Don’t need a trailer queenShould have washed it for the celebration!
The truck would actually be pulling the trailer, And it would pull better and run better and get better mileage if it was clean!Like everything else it gets a bath one a year. Don’t need a trailer queen
I will say there are pros and cons to cleaning. Mostly pros I’ll admit however you have to be careful. With our dirtbikes I learned long time ago watching others clean everything profusely especially with pressure washer how hard that is on some things. People made fun of us for usually being dirty but when I’d watch them replace bearings, cables and fork seals left and right while mine made it 10 years and about 13000 miles (wife’s the same) with absolutely nothing done I giggle watching all that effort. The truck would actually be pulling the trailer, And it would pull better and run better and get better mileage if it was clean!
