How much of that piece has been under water when Lightning Creek is really ripping? There are times when that creek triples in size.. it's washed out the road (NF419/Lightning creek rd) in several places north of where you are.. I would make dam sure you know the history of that plot.I just put a cash offer on this property. If this happens, I'll have to put the 1000-5 on hold.
