Thought I would post our results form last weekends NASP Eastern Nationals event....

To put a little perspective on our teams' placement below let me tell you how big this event was...
  • Almost 16,000 archers came to shoot this event.
  • 718 teams shot the Bullseye event.
  • Of those teams that shot Bullseye, 333 of them shot the 3D event.
We brought 5 of our 7 teams - 2 High School, 2 Middle School, and an Elementary School. 105 of our 157 archers made the trip.

Our results:

Howell High School Team #1
NASP: Bullseye - 43rd / 3D - 22nd
CS: Bullseye - 13th / 3D - 8th

Howell High School Team #2
NASP: Bullseye - 251st / 3D - 125th
CS: Bullseye - 35th / 3D - 22nd

Highlander Way Middle School
NASP: Bullseye - 242nd / 3D - 51st
CS: Bullseye - 24th / 3D - 19th

Parker Middle School
NASP: Bullseye - 39th / 3D - 26th
CS: Bullseye - 7th / 3D - 10th

Three Fires Elementary
NASP: Bullseye - 174th / 3D - 45th
CS: Bullseye - 16th / 3D - 8th

Our entire coaching staff couldn't be prouder of our archers. A great finale to an awesome season. :D:D:D

Not that I recall. That place was a madhouse all day, everyday.
Do you release arrows? A buddy of mine talked me into archery hunting, bought a cheap bow and went to Nebraska for some White Tail hunting, sat in tree stands and flung arrows every where, never did find the arrows, but I did figure out the deer travels, got home upgraded my equipment, practiced every day 100 + arrows a day. I really like the Winners strings, when they go off there done. Brought back a nice Buck from a small ground blind the next year. I can be less conspicuous in a ground blind than a tree stand. Tree stands are great for observation of deer movement, but when the wind starts whirling your sent carries a lot less on the ground. And this message wasn't sponsored by Bass Pro Shop! HA!

Big fan of iPhone yet again. Had a glitch that didn’t allow it to turn back on. First actual phone issue and no virus since I bought my first iPhone 3.
We don’t have a computer and no WiFi anymore so I was scared about loosing a lot of pictures and info upon phone replacement, plus a high difficulty of updating the new one.
Went into Apple and they immediately said the phone warranted replacement because the camera is for security purposes. Handed me my free new phone and hooked into their super fast WiFi then walked out 2hrs later with all 14000 pictures,1600 videos, 2000 songs downloaded and everything exactly back to normal except it’s 3 updates newer. Have yet to actually lose a photo or any info since 2010. Made a s***ty day good again.

That guy is coming over tomorrow to purchase more of my collection. Once that occurs and I have cash in hand, I will call Abernathy's and most likely order the 2018 LE. Mainly because it has better upgrades than the deluxe and I hate red or yellow. When I'm running trails or deep in forest, I don't wanna be seen, except by Samsquinch and his merry band of forest misfits...If I wanted to look like the bloody British, I'd fooking move there. Nor did I cry when old Yeller died..........Charcoal grey all the way......like burnt burnished stone...rushing the trails....crushing the Gnomes...

The LE's work great! I drove a friends up a gnarly rocky section, no problems and they come with a skid plate and Fox shocks, you and Bay Leaf will be happier than two peas in a pod! Tires are the up grade you will need, go 8 ply 30's. HA! Not a fan of the A Arm guards though, catch way to much mud and can damage lower boots.
