Yeah, I know the feeling. I’ve always been a Ford guy, I’ve had several F150s and my last truck was a F250. The super duty was good but my last 150 let me down, it had the 5.4 and the motor lost a cam phaser at 56k. I’ve never been a Chevy fan but the last work trucks we just replaced were pretty good mechanically.

Lmao. Been there. Even a few that came apart for some reason I’d still try to fight it. Scary taking too much off sometimes though especially in the field, you never know what’ll break, strip or cause a leak.
