My friend at the treehouse is back going. He was having major problems with trans. Took a sec. was originally showing code 66 and we swapped speed sensors with our machine as per @snuffnwhisky and then it went to code 24. Cleaned the shift motor out (was full of mud and grime) and did a clutch reset and his all back good.

So problem was two fold. Only problem is we’re running his speed sensor so it’s not wanting to downshift correctly but we live in town with easier access to parts so it’s ordered up. $26. It’s drivable so game on!

I was going to use @CumminsPusher wolverine, until he went over the cliff in it:( now have to come up with plan c.
Plan b is still solid. That thing is a beast buddy, still runs and drives straight! I did push up roof and it’s only got a light kink. Bed is strapped together good enough. It’s ready to ride though. You are welcome to it or Clutch anytime you know that.

Back rolling. Down at the lake enjoying the day. With everything fixed we have some spare time. Going to take it easy riding for the first weekend in 10.

A supposed 4 1/2 hour drive somehow turned into a 7 Hour Drive. There is absolutely no camping whatsoever anywhere around glacier national Park apparently even the KOA is full. I managed to score a spot that was blocked off for rejuvenation over off the hungry horse reservoir at Lid Creek CG. The campground host told me to take it and not worry about it just don’t have a fire. I’m happy to be chilling in my bunk but wondering what the next few days are going to bring. This is apparently the busiest time of the year to go to glacier national Park.

If I can’t score an early campsite in the park, I’m just gonna park everything near Apgar, unload the 1000 and ride up to Logan Pass. If that ain’t happening, then I’ll go to the Kootenai NF. Brakes on truck are giving me problems too

This job needs more beer!!

2016 trailer with 10k Wisconsin miles. Maybe I'm crazy for wanting s*** that looks nice. Grind, prime, paint, bedliner... Still a cheap car hauler but a bunch of work for another summer of looking decent.

I took Bailey for a walk around the campground here and talk to an elderly couple who are leaving in the morning and I am going to jump on their campsite. It’s only $14 a night compared to in the park at probably 25 or more for camping. The water is great I jumped in the lake that was very refreshing. It’s also nice that I have cell phone service here. Also spoke with another gentleman who had a Polaris and he said I could drive mine all over anywhere I wanted to. Awesome!
Yes there was another guy driving through the CG with a couple of llamas in the back. Can’t load the picture for whatever reason
