P700 Hard or Fabric rear window

I am going to install a rear panel on my 700. Please give me the pros and cons of the hard plastic vs the soft vinyl with zip down center section. I really like factory Honda rear panel but price is prohibitive. I already have Honda two piece windshield and hardtop.

fabric doesnt keep up as long and scratches easier. nice if you live in southern states. easy take off and storage. if in northern id probably be running hard back panel but only on a 2 seater. 4 seater all day fabric.
