Cut window in "Center" <> little taper cutting <> at the sides near top as needed
1 <> 8 ft. Lattice <> Black plastic Panel Joyner "H" ( local lumber yard purchase $ 12.75 )
Cut 1 piece 48in. Long <> holds Polycarbonate at the buttom <>using Alum angle described below

2<> Alum.Angle <> 1-1/4in. x 1-1/4in x 3-1/2 long
Bent -- Formed -- Drilled to fit existing Rollcage bolts cut the remaining bottom portion of the Drilled side of angle Off <> leaving a flat piece to be bent into a "U" ( 2 pieces 1rt. & 1lt. )
Attach these to Rollcage set "H" onto the "U" then Polycarbonate into top of "H"
1 <> Alum. 6in.x3in flat plate <>bent to fit in the Button of "H" & drilled
Attached to lower inner cage bolts.
2 <> Honda Cage Quick clamps as far Up as possible. ( Eliminating All Up or Down Motion )
2 <> Smaller Clamps ( E-Bay purchase $ 22.00 ) placed near the top of inner cage just to prevent vibration.
1 <> 22in.x25 Foot Roll <> Black body panel Plastic ( $ 73.00 shipped on-line purchase Speedway Motors ) easily forms with hear gun.
Cut 58inx22in piece <> cut again lengthways <> 2 pieces 11inx58in.
Fill GapPolycarbonate to Roof
Remove Honda Roof Clamps "Center it up Slide in place Drill holes" put roof clamps back ) trim sides.
Lower panel <> Fits into bottom of the "H" ( Used 2 pieces thin Alum. Flat stock ) & REUSED Honda Pushpins available in this area.
Requires fair amount TRIM & FIT Attention to Retain P 520 Dump Funtion ( P500 not so much )
Top & Sides Automotive Rubber Door Seal is Used.
ALL Done <> REUSING existing Bolts & Pushpins ( NO Drilling )
Yes it Works With Honda P520 or P500 Doors ( Super ATV HARD Doors most likely )
