P1000 heat through shift lever holes..anyone have fix 1000-5

I have a 2016 Honda Pioneer 1000-5..trying to reduce the heat issues in the cab.. fixed inside engine compartment 8" fan & DEI heat shield kit.. now working on the inside..have factory Honda Glass windshield, Honda full hard doors & rear cab kit....anyone have any thoughts..thank you Danny B

Montana on this board makes the shift hole covers I am actually waiting on a response from him now I need one and have two buddies needing them also
Only way to get rid of the heat inside is to remove as much of the cab enclosure stuff as you can for the hotter months it works best with no windshield at all

There is a air deflector that goes behind the radiator fan that helps a lot to keep cooling fan from pushing air in the shifter holes when it's running.

Great..I contacted the Local Honda dealer and order both parts..luckily my frame was pre drilled.. thank you GPR1500SC & Lee...Danny B

Go to your local AutoZone, purchase an aftermarket shifter boot, slit the sides slightly, ease over your shifter, ease the sides under the crease in your dash, boom...looks factory and no more air thru the shifter, less than $20

I inverted a boot under the dash. I countersunk tapered head stainless screws and used flat washers with lock nuts on the back side plus used adhesive to help seal it. It works perfect.
