I have a 2021 1000-5 Deluxe, Can anyone tell me the difference between 0SE01-HL4-101 Heater and 0SE01-HL4-102 Heater ? The 102 came up on the 2021 models, but can't find any info on it.

I copied and pasted each p/n into my search engine. Each produced responses. You can study them and possibly see a difference but I don't see any difference.
The first number response shows two kis available on amazon for $799.
The second number response is in a Honda parts box and if $779.
The Inferno is similar if not identical and I only paid about $500 for the kit. It works great.
Edit: I forgot to explain, both of the Honda kits require also purchasing the expensive Honda dash panel with a voltmeter and switches.

Thanks, I could only find the 101 kit, I have also found more part Numbers that changed on the 2021 Accessories !
